In 2007 Santa Cruz, CA. provided us with International Beer Day. The holiday has three declared purposes: first, to gather with friends and enjoy the taste of beer; second, to celebrate those responsible for brewing and serving beer; and third, to bring the world together under the united banner of beer by celebrating the beers of all nations and cultures together.
